Refunds & Returns Policy

At the Egg Preservation Institute of Asia (EPIA), we are committed to providing transparent and patient-focused care. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund in connection with our services.

Please read this policy carefully before booking appointments, making payments, or availing any medical or advisory services from EPIA.

1. Medical Services Are Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of medical and fertility-related services, once a consultation, procedure, or treatment cycle has commenced, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes—but is not limited to—consultations, diagnostic procedures, lab tests, IVF protocols, and egg freezing packages.

2. Appointment Cancellation and Refund

  • If you cancel a paid appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may request a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, but we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
  • No-shows (i.e., failure to attend the appointment without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be allowed on request, depending on availability and clinical discretion.

3. Digital Services and Offers

Refunds are not applicable for discounted service packages, digital assessments, promotional offers, or content-based services once delivered or initiated.

In rare cases of technical failure or booking error, please write to us within 48 hours at care@epiafertility.com and we will review your case.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

EPIA is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway providers or your bank.

5. Changes to Services or Appointments by EPIA

In the rare event that EPIA needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service due to clinical or operational reasons, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative time slot at no extra charge.

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to payments or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
