We collect information you give us and information collected automatically:

• Details you provide, name, phone number, email, date of birth and any information you share when you book a consultation, contact us or create a portal account.
• Health information, medical history, fertility and diagnostic details you or your clinicians share so we can provide care. This is sensitive personal data and is handled with additional safeguards.
• Payment information, processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Automatic data, device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and similar analytics collected via cookies and comparable technologies.

• Provide, schedule and coordinate consultations, testing and treatment.
• Operate the patient portal, process orders and payments, and provide support.
• Respond to your enquiries and send service and appointment communications.
• Improve our website, services and safety, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your information with your consent and, where applicable, to perform a service you requested, to comply with law, and for our legitimate interests in running the institute. Processing of health data relies on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed:

• With our clinicians, embryologists and partner laboratories involved in your care.
• With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, analytics, payments, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights and safety of patients and others.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it. We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by medical-record, tax and other laws, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request erasure of your data where we are not required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent, and register a grievance about how your data is handled.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site functions.

Optional analytics and Meta advertising measurement have separate consent choices. If you allow advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel records eligible public page visits and successful enquiry submissions, as well as Egg Boost product views, cart additions and confirmed purchases, to help measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives browser and device information, page URLs and cookie identifiers under its own privacy policy. We do not include form answers, contact details or uploaded reports in pixel events, and automatic event detection and advanced matching are not enabled by this site.

General tracking is excluded from patient, staff, payment and account pages. For a confirmed Egg Boost purchase, we send the product, quantity, currency, paid amount and an opaque event identifier after the checkout form has been replaced by the confirmation screen. You can decline optional tracking or change your choice below. Withdrawing permission stops future pixel events; it does not erase information already received by Meta.

Change analytics and advertising preferences

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Please review it periodically.
