Dr. Rita Bakshi founded EPIA to bring research-led, women-first fertility care to India — a place where science is strong but care is gentle, and where patients are supported through decisions rather than rushed into them.

Her philosophy
Care begins with understanding.
Investigate first. Explain honestly. Recommend thoughtfully.
Her practice is built on a simple order of operations: investigate thoroughly, explain honestly, and recommend only the care that is genuinely appropriate. Across IUI, IVF, ICSI, egg donation, fertility preservation, recurrent-loss care and reproductive endoscopic surgery, that philosophy has shaped how EPIA works.
